Take rest. Take sleep. Be quiet. Be still. Nothing to do. Nowhere to go but rest. Too many of My children neglect time and space to rest, receive and to simply abide in Me. Take time to rest. To sleep. To do nothing but simply abide in Me. All is well, My child. Take rest. Take rest. All is well. 

Scripture To Reflect On

My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest. (Exodus 33:14)

In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat—

for He grants sleep to those He loves.”

When you lie down, you will not be afraid;

yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet. (Proverbs 3:24)

I will both lie down in peace, and sleep;

for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8)

On the seventh day God had finished His work of creation, so He rested from all His work. And God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, because it was the day when He rested from all His work of creation. (Genesis 2:2–3 (NLT)

Six days you shall labor, but on the seventh day you shall rest; in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest. (Exodus 34:21)
